We use a range of national and local courier partners. All U.S. orders come with tracking. The shipping option you select at checkout will determine the carrier we use, and our carrier selection is dynamic as to avoid disruption from poor weather conditions or strikes as much as possible.

For orders in the United Kingdom, we use Royal Mail.

PREP - To unlock the true potential of Kuckian's Liquid Velvet formula, exfoliate lips to remove any dead skin and apply a little moisturizer. This will make sure the lipstick looks smooth.

APPLY - Remove any excess moisturizer by kissing the back of your hand, then apply a thin layer of liquid lipstick over the lip and allow to set for 1 minute - don't press lips together during this time! The formula is very pigmented and a little goes a long way, so apply a single, light layer to avoid dryness or texture

ADAPT & MAINTAIN - Our Liquid Velvets won't 'fill in' lip wrinkles in the same way traditional lipsticks will. If your lips are very textured, try leaving a little extra moisturizer on them before applying the lipstick.

Other Liquid Lipsticks dry to form a layer which can crack and break away in chunks which is not cute - our formula is different because it applies super thin and doesn't form a peel-able film.

Exfoliate your lips with a cleansing solution designed to remove water-proof makeup. If you're looking for makeup cleanser suggestions, we personally recommend Johnsons Makeup Wipes or Decléor Micellar Water. An organic alternative is coconut oil which will melt the product away.

Using cheaper makeup wipes which contain less cleanser in combination with the excess rubbing that would be required to remove the product would lead to sore lips, so we advise against using this. A formula with powerful staying power requires a good cleanser.

We don't accept private donations as we are not a registered charity.

The Kuckian Foundation is an internal company fund in which we donate a portion of every sale towards our own projects in Third World and Developing countries. This is not a registered charity and we do not claim any tax benefits from doing this. We take a unique approach to each project we work on, and prefer to manage progress and budgets internally, sharing periodic updates via our Newsletter (sign up below)

- We've designed our multi-step manufacturing process with factories that are geographically close together. This allows us to significantly minimize the pollution generated during the transportation process of product components towards final assembly.

- Vast Fulfilment network spread across the United States and beyond. By stocking items closer to our customers, we reduce the carbon footprint of each delivery.

- No single use plastic, except in where absolutely necessary for hygine reasons, and only in very small amounts. We continue to seek alternatives in this area.

All formulation, web-design, packaging design & shade selection is done in-house. No third parties are involved in our creative executive decisions.

We believe this keeps the brands imagery consistent and cohesive.

Kuckian is 100% independent and not owned by any parent company or board of investors. We're pushing the limits of luxury and integrity in cosmetics.
