Returns Policy
We hope you will fall in love with your Kuckian purchase.
However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase made through our direct website Kuckian.co, you may apply for a refund within 1 year of your order's delivery date.
We will provide you with a free returns label (US, UK and Canada only).
The delivery date is determined by tracking details provided by the shipping carrier.
If you purchase a lipstick but don't like the shade, that's completely fine, you can return the item to us providing it meets the returns criteria. We invest a lot into our products and giving our customers a prestige experience is important to us, so if something goes wrong please let us know. You will be refunded the price of the returned item(s) with the valid cart discounts applied. For example, a $20 lipstick purchased for $18 with a 10% saving will be refunded as $18, not $20.
All returns will be credited to the original method of payment. If we issue a refund to the original tender and it is declined or rejected, your refund may be issued via PayPal. We cannot refund to another card. The refund will be issued upon processing of the returned item(s). If you wish to exchange a product, you'll need to return the existing product and place a new order.
Please include a copy of the original invoice with your return shipment. Without this, we can't track your order.
- Shipping fees, if charged at checkout, are non-refundable.
- We will not accept a return of more than 3 units of the same item(s)/shade(s) per order.
- The product you wish to return must be in the original bottle/tube and must be at least 75% full of the original supplied formula.
- We will not accept the return of empty tubes.
Please note 'collections' containing multiple items must be returned with all items included, unless agreed otherwise with Our Customer Happiness Team. This includes any promotional packaging included with the collection, such as boxes, crystals and/or other items.
We only offer free returns in the United States of America, United Kingdom and Canada. If your order is being returned from elsewhere, you must bear the cost of returning the item - we highly recommend purchasing tracking from your chosen carrier as we can't refund you if the item is lost and there's no tracking. Only regular priced items may be refunded. Final Sale items cannot be refunded.
Only items received by our warehouse can be credited. However, if we provide you with a free returns label and tracking shows the shipment is lost by our chosen carrier in transit, we will refund you for the items, even if we haven't received them. Please allow up to 14 days for us to receive and process your request.
Please include your order number with the return. If we cannot locate your order number, we are unable to process the refund. If an item is returned, we can't send it back out to you. If an item is sent to us without tracking and we do not receive it, we will not refund you.
We will not refund you if you you provide the wrong delivery address at checkout and therefor don't receive your item. If you place an order to the wrong or incorrect address, please contact our customer happiness team immediately at:

Free Gifts and PR Packaging
We only include promotions such as free gifts and PR packaging for orders placed through our official online store, kuckian.co. Orders placed on third party websites will not be shipped from our fulfilment network and as such, will not include promotional items. Free Gifts and Free PR packaging are included at Our discretion and we reserve the right to withdraw these offers at any time.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

Fragrance
Please note this returns policy does not apply to fragrance. Fragrance can only be returned within 31 days of the delivery date, and all security seals must remain intact. Fragrance items are considered perishable once opened, so we do not accept returns on fragrance items which arrive to us with damaged or missing security seals.
Our returns window for fragrance increases from 31 days to 3 months from the 1st November until 31st January the following year, so gifts purchased in advance can be returned after Christmas, provided the above returns criteria is met.
