PREP - To unlock the true potential of Kuckian's Liquid Velvet Lipstick formula, exfoliate lips to remove any dead skin and apply a little moisturizer. This will make sure the lipstick looks smooth. Red Lipsticks are easy, but lighter lipsticks require a flawless, smooth base for the best finish.
APPLY - Remove any excess moisturizer by kissing the back of your hand, then apply a thin layer of liquid lipstick over the lip and allow to set for 1-2 minutes. Don't press lips together during this time! The formula is very pigmented and a little goes a long way, so apply a single, light layer to avoid dryness or texture. After some quick practice, you'll discover the perfect thickness of product to apply in a single layer.
ADAPT & MAINTAIN - Our Liquid Velvets won't 'fill in' lip wrinkles in the same way traditional oily lipsticks will. If your lips are very textured, try leaving a little extra moisturizer on them before applying the lipstick.
Other Liquid Lipsticks dry to form a layer which can crack and break away in chunks which is not cute - our formula is different because it applies super thin and doesn't form a peel-able film.
Removal is easy with a good water-proof makeup cleanser. An organic alternative is coconut oil, which will melt the product away.

There are no import fees for orders in the U.S. because this is where we ship from.
In our experience, less than 10% of orders sent outside the US incur Customs and Duty Fees. You can check the fee's you may incur within your Governments import tax and duty guidelines. Kuckian does not take responsible for paying import duty and taxes which are generated by your country.

All returns will be credited to the original method of payment. If we issue a refund to the original tender and it is declined or rejected, your refund may be issued via PayPal. We cannot refund to another card. The refund will be issued upon processing of the returned item(s).

Please include a copy of the original invoice with your shipment. We do not cover the cost of return shipping. Shipping fees and Item(s) listed as Final Sale are non-refundable. We will not accept a return of more than 5 units of the same item(s) per order. The product you wish to return must be in the original bottle and must be at least 75% full of the original supplied formula.
Delivery is determined by the shipping carrier and your corresponding tracking details. We offer the policy from the delivery date instead of the purchase date because this means our customers get the longest possible period to fall in love with their purchases. For example, if your item was delayed in transit for a week due to storms, thats okay - your Satisfaction Guarantee would still only start from when the order is actually delivered. Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges.
Please note items such as Pandora's Box, containing multiple items, have to be returned with all products included unless agreed otherwise with the Customer Happiness Team. You can not return a single item purchased as part of a Collection. The Product you are/were sold is a Collection (eg, "Pandora's Box"), and therefore, the full collection must be returned. This includes any promotional packaging included with the collection, such as boxes, crystals, pamphlets or other items.
Please confirm the Kuckian order number, products returned, and return tracking details by submitting them to the Customer Happiness Team. Only items received by our warehouse can be credited. We recommend you purchase tracking services for your protection and to also save the shipping receipt for your records. Please allow up to 14 days for us to receive and process your request. You will receive an email notification upon completion of return processing. If we cannot locate your order number, we are unable to process the refund. Any items incorrectly sent back cannot be credited and will not be sent back to you. If an item is sent without tracking and we do not receive it, we can not refund you.

Please note we can only include promotions like free gifts and PR packaging when orders are placed through our official online store, https://kuckian.co . Orders placed on third party websites such as Amazon.com or on a retailers website will likely not be shipped from our own warehouses and will not include the promotions we advertise on our website and social media. Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
