I just wanted to inform you that we experienced an outage on the 2nd July 2022, where all packages picked up from our Texas fulfilment center were lost by the carrier before they received their first scan.
We have already reorganized reshipments for each order that we found was lost, but if you haven't received your package within the time frame you chose at checkout, please get in touch so we can organize a reshipment for you.
Please note, the carrier shows the tracking as "Awaiting item" even though the items were picked up - this is because they don't scan the items in at pick up, they scan them in when they're received at the carriers sorting facility. None of our orders from the 2nd July made it to the sorting facility, hence the tracking status!
We've acted on this swiftly to ensure minimal disruption, and have offered complimentary products and expedited shipping as an apology for the carrier's mishap.
